Maintaining consistent Quality is a continual multi-step process. Our Quality Control  ISO 9001:2008    operations include first piece, in-process and final inspection of products.

When required, the final inspection consists of 100% dimensional checks including Mil. Spec 105-D sampling plan to a 1.0 A.Q.L. Weco also provides S.P.C for customers utilizing Excel spreadsheet data.

Weco Manufacturing uses all standard manual measurement tools including micrometers, intra-micrometers and chamfer gages. Each Weco department utilizes a surface plate and height gage for in-process inspections.
